Hotel Policies

We strive to provide our guests with a safe and friendly hotel experience. These Hotel Policy are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest you are agreeing to all of our Hotel Policy.

Check-in / Check-out

Hotel Check-in times

You must comply with the check-in times set by the hotel, although if your room is ready, you will be able to check-in sooner. During busy times sometimes your room may take longer so please be patient if this is the case. The reception is open 24 hours a day; if you arrive in the early hours of the morning please book your room from the day before to ensure you can check-in straight away. There are a luggage space if you have a waiting period between check in times.

Registration Requests

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, or else they must be accompanied by an adult. Will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and a physical valid credit card in the name of the guest registration at check-in. Your credit card is not valid unless signed.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances.

Pre-authorization (*) at check-in

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the full amount of your stay, plus an additional 50€ per night for incidentals on the credit card account provided. For fully prepaid, non-refundable reservations which are charged for the full amount of your stay upon bookings, your credit card will only be preapproved for an amount of estimated incidentals pertaining to your stay.
When you provide our reception with your credit card and sign our Registration Form on arrival; you give us your consent to use the card as guarantee of the full payment of your stay. In case you leave the hotel without checking out at our reception, we retain the right to charge your credit card for the total balance of your invoice.
(*) Pre-authorization is not a charge to your account, it is a hold on those funds. Once your actual charge is posted at check-out it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days to be removed by your bank.
Please note: for bookings of 3 or more rooms, the hotel reserves the right to request a deposit in cash per person to be returned in the checkout if there are no damages or disturbances during the stay.

Hotel Check-out time

You must comply with the check-in times set by the hotel. This allows the Hotel to ensure rooms can be ready for the check-In. If you require a later check-out, please contact the reception prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Prices and availability varies depending on dates of stay.

Damage Policy

Excessive Cleaning

If rooms are damaged or left with a need for excessive cleaning,like waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will incur a cleaning fee starting from 50,00€. The fee can be charged to the credit card on file, after check-out.

Damage to mattresses and bedding

Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. The fee can be charged to the credit card on file, after check-out.

Breakages / Room damage

You will be held responsible to pay for breakages or damage to your room and all equipment (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your group).
The hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge the credit /debit card in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by the hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.

Code of Conduct

Housekeeping

The hotel provides daily cleaning service with towel change. Bed linen changes take place every three days, upon the guest request. If the housekeeping team is unable to access your room during the day due to the occupation, please advise reception and housekeeping will visit your room as soon as possible. The hotel cleaners are not allowed to move your belongings and will only clean your room if they are able to access the surfaces, therefore if you wish your room to be cleaned please leave all areas tidy.

Room

It is not allowed to move or to remove furniture. Not in the room, or between rooms. It is also not allowed to move or remove the decoration or electrical appliances, or use them for personal purposes other than for which they are intended. Our staff will put everything back in its original place, and possible damage will be charged on your credit card.

Room occupancy and hotel access

For your safety, the maximum occupancy per rooms is 2 guests. Non-guests are allowed to enter the hotel common areas as long as they are properly identified at Front Desk and accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. Is strictly prohibited to stay overnight at the hotel people who are not registered guests in the hotel.

Noise / Disturbance

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable and safe experience, the Hotel rooms are strictly for accommodation purposes only. No gatherings or parties are allowed and excessive noise is prohibited. We expect our guests to comply with the general rules of good behavior and conduct in society. Guests will receive one warning for excessive noise or unacceptable behavior. If we continue to receive complaints, the Hotel reserves the right to ask any guest in violation of the hotel policy to leave the hotel, with the guests responsible for any charges already or potentially incurred and without any right to compensation or refund.

General Information

Personal Belongings

Safes are provided free of charge, in all rooms. The Hotel is not liable for any for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is demonstrably due to negligence on the part of the hotel.

Minibar

In order to speed up the check-out process, at your departure will be asked if there was any minibar consumption the night before, which will be checked later. If there is any consumption that by forgetfulness is not informed at reception, it will be charged to your credit card details provided at check-in. MiniBar Menu available in the room.

Special Requests

We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room number, etc. upon your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Pets

Pets are not permitted. Legal service animals welcome.

Hotels Responsibility

In case the resident discovers a fault or error regarding their rental or accommodation the resident must inform the hotel at their earliest convenience. In these cases the hotel has primarily a right to fix the fault or failure in a timely manner. The hotel is not responsible to refund fully or partially in case the faults and failures are not reported properly.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc.) or for any disturbance that is beyond our control.
